While it can be installed on any wooden workbench, some may require modifications such as mortising out a section of the bench face or adding wood shims to ensure the jaws sit perfectly flush.

The jaws of the vise feature drilled holes for attaching wooden facings, allowing you to safeguard your work (wood faces not included). The front jaw is equipped with a solid steel dog, which, in combination with a bench stop, securely holds oversized workpieces on the bench top. Operating smoothly, the vise is equipped with an Acme thread main screw and twin guide bars made of plated steel.
